Visitors: Due to the special Zeiss event, we had many eyes on the skies today including Reuben, Amos and Nathan Swarey, and LeRoy and Veron Kanagy.
Weather: Cooler with low humidity. All day complete cloud cover with winds from the SE. A few sprinkles but with no sun breaking through the clouds, valley thermals did not form well today.
Raptor Observations: Very little flight until around noon. With SE winds it was a disappointing morning. Turkey Vultures were around in the afternoon.
Non-raptor Observations: Lots of warblers: Black Throated Green, Tennessee, Black Pol, Yellow Rump, Black and White. Carolina Wren, Rose Breasted Grossbeak, Canadian Geese, Scarlet Tanager, Pileated Woodpecker, Flicker, Mourning Dove, five Hummingbirds, Nemo ======================================================================== Report submitted by Darrell Smith (<oleagleye...>)
