Hey Folks,
While just a few minutes ago, sitting on my deck, contemplating life, I had a Merlin fly closely overhead. Too big to be a Kestrel, too small to be a Peregrin. I've seen Merlins here a couple of times cruising quickly by over the years.
I miss the SCBirdlist comments on the internet. I assume that most of the local observations are now just submitted to eBird.
