Weather: Morning started with heavy cloud cover and light drizzle ending just before the count period began. Sun first broke through at 11:00 AM. As day progressed, mostly sunny skies, pleasant temps in 70s, slight breeze.
Raptor Observations: Many Bald Eagles in the area, difficult to say how many local, actively migrating, or just moved into area. Local RTHAs and one RSHA not counted; numerous local TVs and BVs--first up at 11:00 AM.
