"Leucistic" is often used, but technically it means a bird with overall diluted pigment. It is not a synonym for "partial albino" which applies to patches of white mixed with normal plumage. Some geneticists argue that there is no such thing as a "partial albino," thus the inaccurate jargon "leucistic" became popular.
