Steve,

That’s either a Gray-cheeked or a Bicknell’s - they both have an olive back. They’re not reliably separable by field marks; the song is the best way to tell them apart. I beleive bird banders can tell them apart by certain measurements; maybe someone will weigh in here.

That’s a beautiful photo of the feathering on the back.
