Nebirders,Today after a night of 527,000,000 birds in migration, I got my fourth Empidonax Flycather of fall migration. A definite record, but extraordinary conditions may warrant just that. My Yellow Locust tree is heavily infected with Mimosa web worms, and that is predom what I see birds eating. I had a House Wren scurrying about on the deck last night eating webworms. Today, House Sparrow, 8 or so, plus a Down Woodpecker were all seen doing the same. I also had a Ruby-throated Humminbird sipping from the Salvia. John HallOmaha, NE 68137
