Subject: [cobirds] How to report your COBC team's total species count
Hi everyone,

To report your COBC team's toal, please submit an eBird Trip Report to
<cobc...> by 5PM on Sunday, Sept. 6.

I suggest creating the trip report in advance so you can use it to track
your species total throughout the day.

To generate an eBird Trip Report:

1. Log in to your eBird account and go to ebird.org/mytripreports.
2. Select "Create Trip Report."
3. Enter a name (e.g., "Washington Wallopers Official COBC Total for
Washington County").
4. Set the start date to September 5 at 12:00 AM and the end date to
September 5 at 11:59 PM.
5. Set the visibility to "Public" and click "Create Trip Report."

Every checklist you submit on Saturday will automatically populate this
report. Please note that the checklists must be under the same account that
creates the trip report. The simplest approach is to designate one person
to handle all checklists and create the report. Alternatively, as long as
checklists are shared and accepted by everyone on the team, anyone can
create it.

*If you haven't already, please share your team's fundraising page with
your personal networks...family, friends, social media. CFO received a
generous challenge grant that will match any donations you receive up to
$10,000 this year! We still need about $3,000 in donations to maximize this
gift, so your support is needed!*

Best regards,
Peter Burke, CFO Board of Directors
