If I recall correctly, the Goldsboro wastewater treatment plant listing on Google Maps indicates they are open 24 hours, 7 days a week. But I'm sure that the gates are closed at a certain time. Does anyone know what time that is?
I was there last week Monday and saw some cool birds but my photos were very much backlit because of shooting towards the east and the rising sun. So I was hoping to head there in the evening to get a little bit of light coming from behind me. It's a fair drive to Goldsboro and I just realized that if the gates closed at 5:00 p.m., that's not good cuz I was hoping to come later than that.
