Weather: Warm with south winds 5-10 mph all day. Mix of clouds and sun. Nice day save for the lantern flies and gnats
Raptor Observations: Most birds were flying along the ridge axis at moderate height very fast. Apparently there was a strong current running above the ridge. Only one Broadwing kettle occurred near the end of the count when wounds slacked off. Otherwise birds were largely streaming past in single file.
Pretty nice flight for early in the season.
Non-raptor Observations: Ravens (including Nemo)_, lots of TVs and TVs. Cardinals, many Cedar Wasxings, Bluejays, Peewee, Red Bellied WP, Goldfinches ======================================================================== Report submitted by Darrell Smith (<oleagleye...>)
