This sounds to me like the taxonomy version in your eBird app isn't up to
date. This is because the current eBird taxonomic concept for Northern
Yellow/Mangrove Warbler is the same as the pre-2025 concept for Yellow
Warbler. Not sure if you have iOS or Android, but on iOS, if you go to
settings and scroll to the bottom, in the small text there it will say
something like Taxonomy: 2025.0. If it says something other than 2025, the
way to update it is to go back up to the top of that page, where it says
"Show Common Names In", and switch from English (US) to some other version
of English, and then back again. That should update your taxonomy. Android
is, I believe, a similar process but probably has some minor variations.
