It is now nearly 2 hours of continuous hooting. I finally got out of bed and knelt down at my open front window cupped my hands behind my ears to hear the distant of the two owls. Both are old pros at hooting full phrases. Now the good part. As I looked out across the street I saw one at a time large dark winged figures fly over my house.
