Red-eyed Vireo (Vireo olivaceus) (1)

Silent, but not uncooperative. Larger vireo with a relatively long and stout bill, prominent dark eyeline contrasting with whitish supercilium separating the gray crown from a paler face, Olive upper parts contrasting with dingy white under parts. I thought the eye was dark rather than red, but I spent most of my time trying to get some photos."

After searching for 30 minutes I was pishing in a flock and Matt Brady walked up and immediately spotted the vireo. Thanks Matt! Large vireo with greenish beach and dark line through eye. Was never vocal."

- Comments: "Exact count: Seen foraging together in the top of a tree and recorded. Group of birds foraging together; appeared to include recently fledged/juvenile birds, possibly already dispersed from the breeding area."
