Visitors: Maile and Luke stopped by for a couple of hours. Tim Willis stopped by for a half hour.Danny Nivens chatted with us for a half hour and Lauren Arsenault visited for an hour.
Weather: Overcast with easterly breeze
Raptor Observations: A couple of osprey were observed flying over the marsh and another was seen perched in the willow trees. A couple of Turkey vultures were seen flying near the parkway. Two Turkey vultures passed through and were counted. A Cooper's hawk passed through and was counted.
Non-raptor Observations: Lots of swallows and goldfinches vocalizing and flying about. There were two groups of Starlings observed in dead trees. There were a dozen gulls flying together high in the sky.
