Stuck on 210! I was ready to ditch my goal of 225. Missing too much! And not having
Success here finding stuff! But checked my records - a lot of my tern sightings are
Mid august and sept. Still time! My one and only stilt sandpiper for the county though
Was late July…… and missed today! A friend had a small shorebird flock at lost bridge.
It’s moving around too much….. I could not relocate. I should probably hit tomorrow
And see if I can find the flock. But I need a break from Hamilton! I was going to chase
The summit swallow tailed kite! But 3 1/2 hours one way…… I’ll wait! Chase another….
I will either hit Kentucky spots. Or Rocky fork state park in highland county. I am told
The lake is drawn down down for dam repairs. Ooohhh. Shorebirds!
When I was planning my Hamilton big year, I banked on shorebirds at the river in the
Summer. Never did I imagine we would have the wettest summer I have experienced
Here! The great Miami is too high! Sigh……
Oh well.
Good birding all.
