Amy, I am probably too late responding as I just saw this, but Eagle Bluffs is about 8 miles SW of Columbia, off of highway K. Once you turn off of the Highway stay on the main gravel road and after a mile or so you will Enter Eagle Bluffs.. I know of one place where the road goes right but there is also another going straight where you want to go right. If you have Google Maps it will take you right in. Once there stay on the wider main road. After going past a right turn closed for construction continue on the main road until an intersection with a small building (Jumpbox) on the right and a pit toilet on the left. On the right of that intersection is the start of the distribution channel and it has been seen from there to the other side of a cross maintenance road. The last report I saw it was on the other side of the cross M road. When I saw it was Sunday it was very close to the jumpbox. If you go for it good luck!
