Yesterday I saw at my feeder an immature cardinal , still mostly brown, with red starting in wing feathers, & no tuft on head yet. So maybe it was from a second nesting?
We have a lot of cardinals around Kendal.
Later, early afternoon, I heard several times, a yellow-billed cuckoo call in the woods/west section of Wilson trail.
