Hi birders, as strange as it may seem, I am gathering content for 2027 Iowa Bird Life. Essays, reflections, art, book reviews, research reviews, and poetry are always welcome. If you know of a young person who you can profile as an up and coming birder/ornithologist, please have them contact me. Also, please consider profiling yourself or another for Meet and Iowa Birder articles.
It is better to send content to me directly rather than submit it on the IOU website.
As always, I am open to learning how I can improve IBL, so send your ideas and concerns. We are working hard on what will be a packed September issue, and December is also pretty full.
