PS- Now that your organization is called Arkansas Bird Alliance, I think it would be hilarious to start referring to Arkansas as "the ABA Area".

I'm excited to announce that the fall Mississippi Ornithological Society meeting will be September 11-13 in Natchez, with a focus on St Catherine Creek National Wildlife Refuge. The meeting will be in collaboration with Jackson Audubon Society. Our main field trip will be the Saturday evening "sundowner" to watch wading birds fly in to roost. We are welcoming as our guest speaker Dr. Mark A. Mitchell, a wildlife veterinarian at LSU.
