Parker Kaye has worked with banding /monitoring Snowy Plovers in various
places around the bay (currently at Point Reyes National Seashore), and
might be able to give you more info. He’s been able to share info with me
in the past on Ocean Beach Snowy Plovers as well as birds seen in the east
bay. (He was also a co-lead one year in my Sunset CBC area, which includes
a fair chunk of Ocean Beach)
