In Memory of Jack Stewart
|
|
|
| The Arkansas conservation community mourns the loss of Jack Stewart. He was an advocate for the entire landscape, its wildife, and its people. Jack pushed for innovation, new ideas, and conversation.
Jack's passion for conservation advocacy and action led him to serve in many roles, including National Audubon Society Board Member, many leadership positions with the Arkansas Audubon Society (now Arkansas Bird Alliance), and co-founder of the Buffalo River Watershed Alliance.
Jack supported many on the Audubon team and in the Arkansas conservation community, but his life's impact was much broader with years spent as an educator and global learner. We will miss his passion, laugh, and candor.
