A couple months ago, I had the displeasure of reporting a dead American Kestrel to d-bird somewhat close to that area. I saw it on the NB on-ramp from the West Seattle Bridge to I-5 North. We were driving 1-2 mph and it was spotted by both myself and my husband. Curious.
