Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I've been uncharacteristically
remiss about keeping software up to date, and we've reached a state
where Cornell has switched to new software that won't talk to my old
software. It's not an easy fix, but I'm on it.

For the record, I would never have figured this out without AI. I'm a
believer.
