Subject: [ia-bird] Least Bitterns near Center Point
This morning from sunrise to 7 a.m. I saw a minimum of 2 LEAST BITTERNS at the marsh. I had a total of 3 sightings of flying birds, one being very high and heading south. The others disappeared into the cattails as soon they landed. Also, I heard their song for a short time. All were on the east side of the road and seen from the overlook.

Also in the marsh are 4 juvenile American Coot and a family of Blue-winged Teal.
