Cox (yes, that same company that recently partnered to conserve a significant parcel of wetlands and upland habitat in the ACE Basin area of South Carolina) is casting a net for conservation "heroes" and offering grants of up to $30,000 to further those efforts.
"Cox Conserves Heroes recognized those who are protecting land, water and natural habitats in their communities."
Nomination categories include adults, youth, and organizations.
Note that I have no affiliation with Cox Enterprises, I am simply forwarding this information in case we have opportunities to direct some of the available funds to Carolina-based conservation efforts.
