Earlier this morning there were 3 alternate plumage Red Knots with a big dowitcher flock on the west end of A9. There is currently a Brandt’s Cormorant sitting on the A14/A9 levee around here (37.4532888, -122.0015310). I am viewing it with a scope from the pump tower at the north end of A13 here (37.4537380, -121.9866534). You can’t get much closer than this 1-mile distance to the bird, so a scope is required to see it. Very poor digiscope photo attached
