The Kraken will be running a three-hour trip to the Caspar High spot
next Thursday afternoon (June 16), departing at 1 PM, for $75 per
person. Sign up by contacting Anchor Charter Boats, at 707-964-4550.
This will be a general offshore marine life tour, looking for whales,
dolphins, seabirds, etc.
Uncommon seabirds like Nazca Booby and South Polar Skua have recently
approached the Kraken while on fishing charters close to shore. Black
Storm-petrel is also possible. Right now with marine conditions forcing
birds to move around in search of food, almost anything is possible here!
