“It’s hard to comment on what’s going on without screenshots showing
exactly what Nancy is seeing, screenshots of app settings, as well as
information like what app version she’s using (though I can see her most
recent checklists are on iOS 3.6.12). I’d encourage Nancy to submit a Help
Center ticket with that information:
In any case, this year’s taxonomy update will be in October/November (and
will have lots of communications sent out beforehand and during) and is
unrelated to losing unsubmitted checklists. I would generally recommend
getting unsubmitted checklists submitted regularly.”
