Good evening, The gate to the beach is closed at the little toll kiosk but I parked immediately to the left and walked down about 2/10 mile. Tern was present at 5:15pm today but its favorite buoy was removed by park staff and it was flying from beach toward marina shortly to the north. I almost missed it but noticed it at last moment to capture this meh pic.
