A Roseate Spoonbill continues in Cell 2 along with 2 Willets, dozens of Black-necked Stilts and hundreds of waders.

There's a single ROSP at the Bald Knob National Wildlife Refuge. It's a different individual than the one from June 22 and appears to be a juvenile. It's currently in Cell 2, which is the second cell west of Coal Chute Rd.
