Was present at 5:15pm today flying at good speed from the swimming area at Oak Grove beach toward the marina. The swimming buoys including its favorite were not present. I assume they were removed because the area was closed. Dickcissels and Red-wing Blackbirds were present nearby as well as Killdeer.
