Subject: [sd-birds] Sanborn county gray catbird nest
The gray cat birds built a new nest and I had seen them building it but I
left them alone. Well I decided to just walk by the shrub that it was in
and there's the nest and it's beautiful and it has one blue egg. Which
makes me think about the first nest. It had a white speckled egg. I'm
thinking a cowbird predated the first nest and then something got the nest.

This nest is more protected with more growth around it so hopefully it does
okay. I suppose I could put like a chicken wire fence around it or
something but I think raccoons would just climb up and over it.
