Subject: Red Slough Bird Survey - June 23

It was overcast and rainy, with some on and off light wind on the bird survey today. 63 species were found. We have received around 11 inches of rain over the past 7 days and half of that fell today and it is still raining there. The whole place is flooded. Black Land and Sand Roads are under water and the north parking lot has close to 2 feet of water over it. Red Slough road is a bad muddy mess. More ran coming tonight and tomorrow.
