Greetings all, A great big congratulations to Jillian Kruempel from Iowa, my home birding state for notching a couple of great birds today. By chance I had taken the day to bird Thomas County and was in the vicinity (myc trip was from Halsey area via Circle Rd and down to White Tail Campground and back as I continue to work on achieving the 125 species mark in Thomas. I sure could have used those two species to add to my list totals. Started the day at 106 species and have not completely updated my checklists for today so do not know where I ended up. I have only one complaint.... I am back in Burwell for the night so before I wander back home to Sioux City, IA. God Bless you all. *Paul O.
