As I exited I-5 at Talent (exit 21) at 11 AM this morning, I saw a
Black-billed Magpie perched atop a telephone pole. I know they are seen
regularly at the Transfer Station on Valley View Road, but this is the
first time I’ve seen one on the valley floor.
