Weather: Decent w/sw winds went west then switched to lake breeze around 12:40 dst. Birds re-established a flight line inland a bit but still moving for a bit.
Raptor Observations: Mississippi Kite was found by Luke Seitz flying low over the parkway and inside to the SW. Decent Bald Eagle flight.
Non-raptor Observations:
Predictions: Scattered morning showers and thunderstorms.
