My apologies for late post, I didn’t realize how rare the sights were.
Last Friday, I noted at least two fledgling kingfishers along the Aptos Creek, in the Willows on the East side of the river and between the two bridges along moose head Drive.
I went back yesterday to look for them and did not see them. There was a third likely adult on the telephone wire.
