I've had the pleasure of compiling News of Members column for the Arkansas Audubon Society, now Arkansas Bird Alliance, for the last few quarterly Arkansas Birds newsletters <https://arbirds.org/AAS/Newsletter.aspx> that Emily Donahue edits and shares with all of us (a great feature on Emily was written by Sarah Morris in last month's newsletter!).
It's been fun to hear directly from members about their trips, special bird encounters, books authored, and research progressed.
This is an opportunity for ARBA members to share what's been going on in their birding world the last few months. Please reach out to me directly with your Birdy News!
Some ideas: - share about recent volunteer work (or paid!) you've participated in that benefits Arkansas birds - tell us about a birding adventure and include pictures for extra fun - have you created art (poem, book, painting, etc) that ARBA members would enjoy? share it with us!
