Weather:
Mostly cloudy; 83-88 degrees; good visibility with some haze
early; winds mostly northwesterly, 6-10 mph

Raptor Observations:
Still a few migrants left. The Mississippi Kite from May 30 was
determined to be a first-year sub-adult. Photos may be found here:

Non-raptor Observations:
A pair of Eastern Bluebirds is making frequent trips to a hole in
a tree branch, feeding young. We are just now hearing some peeping
young.

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake
Bay at the
mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are
from the southwest.
