Hello.
This morning I met Tianna Johnson at Scotia. She is a wildlife biologist at Hawk Mountain and would like to know any Northern Harrier sightings between May and July in PA. I attach a flyer that explains why Hawk Mountain wants to know harrier sightings during this period. 
If you see any harriers, please report them on eBird and let Hawk Mountain know.
