Hello, Asking for advice for a friend- this cardinal with a clear bill deformity is coming to her feeders. I am not sure if his head is molting or if it is further sign of disease. If he is just molting and has a deformed bill then she is helping him stay alive with the feeders so I am struggling to decide what to tell her to do.
