Subject: [RV Birds] Willow Flycatchers along the Ashland Greenway
On a walk along the BCCBS transect on the Ashland Greenway today, I
encountered 4 Willow Flycatchers. Two were at the north end of the bridge
over Bear Creek, giving their distinctive "fitz-bew" call from the clump of
willows there. The others were near the north end of the transect,
foraging in the poison hemlock.
