- Comments: "Heard repeatedly. Seen briefly in tall eucalyptus near trash pile a short distance west of original location (34.43989 -119.93433). Coopers Hawk had been on wire just opposite where vireo was vocalizing which increased after hawk took off. Upper parts dark gray, underparts pale yellow and light wingbar. Only seen briefly so unable to get a photo."

- Comments: "Small plain bird with a slight white eye ring, pale lores, white breast and belly, two thin wing bars, and a faint green wash on its back. First found by Hannah Cox on May 5th. Seen among the Arundo reeds at 34.43989 -119.93433."
