About a dozen of us from Cayuga Bird Club are heading down to Delaware for some spring migration birding at Bombay Hook and Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuges as well as along the Delaware Bay beaches. We are leaving on Friday May 15 in the morning and will return by late afternoon/early evening on Monday, May 18. One of our participants has an unexpected change of plans so there is one space now open on the trip. Perhaps you would like to join us?
We are staying in two beach houses on Delaware Bay in the Broadkill Beach area. The cost for Fri/Sat/Sun for one person is $472. We are working out details for food but there is lots of flexibility with that aspect of the trip. We are carpooling and caravanning down and back. I am happy to provide details to anyone who is potentially interested. You can contact me via text, call or email.
We're excited to experience spring migration in this area which is just across the Bay from the famous Cape May hot spot. Delaware birding awaits you! Let me know as soon as possible if you are interested in learning more and joining on this trip.
May your spring be filled with birds, Shelley
