- Calle Real west of Yellow gate west of Eagle Canyon Creek, Santa Barbara, California

- Comments: "Continuing at the location Mark Holgrem published today. First detected by Heather Cox recently. Saw second similar bird associating with this one several times, deep in the bush, but couldn't get enough of a look to ID it. But seems like there may be 2 of them. The bird sang quite often and loudly, but I never heard 2 singing from different locations, so there could have been just the one. The bird(s) favored the row of castor bean and cane."

- Frontage Rd at 34.43989 -119.93433, Santa Barbara, California

- Comments: "There may be a second individual here. Twice I've seen two birds in chase. When seen well the vireo was always flying with this other individual. They both have pale bellies, and are of the same size and shape. Only one singer, and he is singing occasionally, not persistently. Mostly in Arundo, but other weedy vegetation also between Highway 101 and this Frontage Road. The exact location of my position while viewing 8 meters to the SW is at 34.43991, -119.93518."
