Weather: A very windy with strong gusts and cloudy day with a slight chill despite 60 degrees Fahrenheit temperatures.
Raptor Observations: It was a day for strong fliers. There were several Bald Eagles but fewer Broad-winged Hawks than might be expected during this time of year.
