Weather: Sunny; 57-73 degrees; good visibility; winds southwesterly 6-13 mph gusting to 21 mph
Raptor Observations: Very difficult to spot raptors with the sunny skies and rising temperatures. As if to prove that right, at the end of the count, a few cumulus clouds appeared, and a Sharp-shinned Hawk came into view.
Non-raptor Observations: Two Glossy Ibis, Bobolinks (20)
Site Description Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best winds are from the southwest.
