Weather: Cool, clear skies and moderate SW winds to start. Mid-morning clouds reached 100% coverage with clear skies returning in the afternoon.
Raptor Observations: A very light day overall. Flight initiated at site #1 on NY5 and moved inland around noon, finishing over NY20. The majority of the BWs and SSs came through in the last 90 minutes of the count.
Non-raptor Observations:
