Weather: Temperature remained in the low 40's during today's brief count. North wind @ 3.8 - 4.5. 65% cloud cover. No precipitation.
Raptor Observations: With low temperatures and north wind, expectations were low. Accordingly, the count was 7 TV's, 3 BW's from 10:30 - 11:00. Two immature Bald Eagles between 11:05 - 11:20. No additional birds. Watch shut down @ noon.
Non-raptor Observations: Local Bald Eagles, Red Tail being harassed by a relentless crow. Very few non-raptors.
Predictions: Sunshine and clouds mixed. High 56F. Winds WSW at 15 to 25 mph.
