In light of the Carbon fire the other day, I thought to send a message here regarding another fire in Mission Viejo (currently 1 acre and a slow rate of spread). It's just east of Saddleback College on the Arroyo Trabuco Creek trail. It seems a quieter location in terms of birders being around (compared to Carbon Canyon Regional Park), but if anyone is considering a visit to the area, then please be advised that the trail may be affected.
