Weather: Clear skies most of the day and SSE winds off the escarpment. Wind shift at 1:42 to NE at lake shore precipitated move to #1b , then 2, then 3. High clouds made for difficult viewing conditions most of the day.
Raptor Observations: High flight line over NY5 early, then moving toward I90. Chase inland for flight line around 1:40pm did not find birds. Mike checked last hour of watch and found few TVs.
Non-raptor Observations: Dozens of bluejays early.
